Kinomé's mission: turning trees and nature into human and economic development solutions.

KINOMÉ HAS RECEIVED THE PRESTIGIOUS 2014 ABC* FOUNDATION AWARD

Awarded at the Miami Continuity Forum, the abc* Foundation prize is one of the most prestigious award in America. It rewards social entrepreneurs that scale up innovative initiatives to answer social and environmental global issues. Selected among thousands of other entrepreneurs from the international network Ashoka, Nicolas Métro has presented the Forest&Life Togo Project that improves nutrition and enhances economic development of rural populations, in particular group of women, thanks to the plantation and transformation of Moringa leaves.


This prize internationally recognizes Kinomé’s integrated approach of human development with trees, and its rigorous monitoring of impacts.


The support provided by the abc* Foundation will enable Kinomé to scale up its projects of reforestation and improvement of lives thanks to trees, to other countries, and in particular in Latina America.
